TMC & eQ Systems

eQ Systems provides a state of the art billing system developed using Oracle as the database.  They acquired TMC in October 2003.

In recent months, Lois Heller has been to the offices of eQ Systems for specific product training.  She has been working closely with eQ to understand their product and database.  The goal is to assist eQ with the support of their clients and in-house training here at TMC.

Lois has become familiar with the Oracle database and the eQ product and is becoming more and more comfortable in handling client needs. She also has been training Kathy Scharf on the product. Our goal is to become the Baltimore support for the product so that in the future we can support our own clients who decide to migrate to the eQ products.

Alert Processes

TMC has developed several alert processes which can automatically e-mail important information directly to you and your attorneys.

The Billing Attorney Cash Alert process allows cash receipt information to automatically notify each billing attorney when money has been received. This process will keep your attorneys updated for their collection purposes.

The Working Attorney Alert process provides a tool for notifying attorneys when they have missed entering time for a specific day.

TMC can also customize each of these alerts based on your firm’s needs.  We can also automatically e-mail reports to you or your users.
