After over 30 years of service to our clients, TMC is closing its doors on September 30, 2011. It has been quite a ride, and we thank all our clients for their business and loyalty throughout the years. We are deeply saddened by this dissolution, but we leave with many friendships, accomplishments, and knowledge gained.
We wish all our clients the very best and much success in the future.
Even though our company is closing, some of our employees will be available for LMS support and programming, as well as UniVerse support. Please see the information below.
Clients With Annual Support
Since you have paid for LMS and UniVerse support through December 2011, Mike Stone, John Pearson, and Kelly Long will provide support services to you at no cost. Any work requested that is not covered under the support contract will be performed and billed directly to you by Mike, John, or Kelly. Even though your TMC contract will end on December 31, 2011, they can still provide ongoing LMS support and programming services to you. All services provided will be performed and billed on an hourly basis.
We have made special arrangements with Modular Information Systems that all UniVerse support and related services will be provided to you directly from them beginning January 1, 2012.

Clients With Quarterly Support
Effective October 1, 2011, Mike Stone and Kelly Long can provide LMS support and programming services to you.
